Remote Support Consent
By requesting remote assistance from JG IT Support, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Permission
I will only access your device with your clear consent. You must initiate or approve any remote session using trusted tools (such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer).
Your Responsibility
You are responsible for backing up your files before any remote session begins. I am not liable for data loss or changes during the process.
No Unauthorized Access
I will never store or share your files, passwords, or data. Once the session ends, access is permanently closed unless reauthorized by you.
Confidentiality
All support is handled respectfully and privately. Your trust and privacy are important to me.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with a remote support request.
