This Service Agreement outlines how support services are provided through JG IT Support. By requesting help, you agree to the following terms:
Scope of Support
- Help is offered for personal IT issues, such as Windows installation, setup, upgrades, and basic troubleshooting.
- Services are limited to the support areas listed on this site.
⏱Availability
Support is provided based on availability and best effort. I may not always be able to respond immediately, but I try my best to help.
Limitations
- Commercial business IT support is not currently offered.
- Hardware replacement or on-site service is not included.
